AT Advisors provides a full suite of transactional legal services to small and medium sized commercial aviation companies.
With 20+ years of experience in the industry, we are adept at structuring, negotiating, and documenting aircraft and engine leases, finance arrangements, and trading.
Headquartered in South Florida with offices in Miami and St. Petersburg, we handle global cross-border transactions with a particular focus on aviation businesses in this region and the Americas.

In-House Counsel
(Nasdaq: ENT) I was recruited to serve as the lead transactional counsel of the Connectivity Division (based in Florida) of a publicly-traded multi-national technology corporation, which provides satellite connectivity and communication services to the aviation and maritime industries.

​I was selected to join the in-house legal department of the Florida affiliate of the world's second largest aircraft lessor and lead the transactions team through commercial aircraft and engine leases, acquisitions, sales, and aviation finance transactions.

​I was chosen, as one of the first attorneys of a well-regarded boutique aviation and maritime law firm founded by a former Holland & Knight LLP senior partner, to handle all aspects of high-value commercial transactions, including asset financing, corporate structuring, regulatory and administrative solutions, contractual drafting and negotiations, and client advisory services. I also litigated, arbitrated, and mediated disputes arising from commercial transactions.
